Several people have asked how they can effectively make complaints about their experiences with either or both the ISN (David Wright's Innovators Group, Book-a-Speaker, etc) or Willow Mist which is Brenda Keefer's organization, separate from David Wright's organization.... Brenda used to work at ISN before... well... you can read about why Brenda's relationship with ISN terminated.
Here are some options for making your complaint as of early 2012:
• Complain to the Knoxville, Tennessee Better Business Bureau. You should know that ISN / Innovators Group changed their name, probably around 2010. When they were still called ISN, they had an F rating but now they just have a string of complaints, all presumably resolved. I'm going to guess that they were resolved like mine was - meaning - they lied to the BBB about my case and the BBB closed the case.
Willow Mist / Brenda Keefer currently has an F rating. Be warned.
• File a Ripoff Report They already have a file on ISN. They have several reports as listed under Innovators Group.
• File a report with the Complaint Board They have a file on ISN and Willow Mist here, too.
• File a report with the Tennessee Attorney General's office. You can do this for either the Innovators Group or Willow Mist.
• Willow Mist - one man in California is interested in having Brenda arrested for interstate web fraud.

I am not sure if you are aware but ISN/Insight has changed their name again to Resource Business Services and Speaker Services. Everyone that was previously with the company has left due to many issues. David Wright is still the owner and in light of his sales people leaving the company, he has hired back on to sell to clients....Brenda Keefer. She is going under a different name I believe Kay Garrett. They have also changed their phone numbers. So speakers, authors, and buyers etc. beware.
Be aware that David Wright and Insight Publishing currently have a Permanent Injunction from a Utah Court against the use of Steven Covey's likeness or image and still they are promoting books and projects using using Dr. Covey as a means of substantiating their credibility.
Following innumerable lies and broken promises related to the rip off of thousands of dollars from our company and many other companies and individuals, David lost many of his employees and moved the company to Knoxville.
While the name change has occurred it appears that since there are no projects with that company name that David has returned to Insight Publishing and ISN using previous projects to lure new unsuspecting victims.
David told me to go ahead and file against his company because his assets are either protected, in the name of other people or non existent thus any judgement against him or the company will never be paid.
One of the reasons he managed to survive so long is is that the company was located in Sevirville, TN a small town that still does not use technology to file cases. Thus, David knew that few people would go there to pursue legal action against him and even if they did he could potentially have a personal relationship with those handling the case.
Now that he is in Knoxville, TN things might be a bit more difficult for him if everyone who has been ripped off pursues action.
It might also be a good strategy for those who have been ripped off to pursue a class action against David and Insight Publishing so that he can be prevented from working in the publishing business or using his past projects to take advantage of new victims, if you'd be interested let the sponsors of this blog know and if there is enough interest we could consider pursuing something.
In my opinion and experience David Wright is not only an unscrupulous human being, he is a thief who is also a pathological liar, even when caught on paper contradicting himself he will blame his employees, talk about his ill health and his age and smile as he sticks his hand in your pocket to remove your wallet.

This company or independent took us for more than $20,000 in value and money. They breached their contract and intended to do so all along. They still owe us $18,000 in cash. We'll never see it. That was a 1997 event. Just found this blog and had to post this info. Stay away from these people.
